Nevada Gaming Control Board - $65
Bring ID and proof of payment form that you received from HR or printed after paying online.
Hard Cards - $24
Just bring your ID and any paperwork that your HR manager, attorney or whoever requested this for you.
Private Investigators Licensing Board (PILB) - $25
Bring ID and payment form from HR or printed online. If paid in office, it will have an office stamp. The PILB requires a 2x2 passport photo. We can provide one for an extra cost.
Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board - $65
Bring your drivers license. We can help fill out and attach the application, 2x2 passport photo, and a copy of your license. Fingerprinting is required twice if working with both medical and recreational marijuana
Nevada Department of Education - $24
Just bring your drivers license. We will look you up on their website for proof that you paid your fees to the Department of Education.
NTA (Transportation) - $65
The Secretary of State requires you have a 50,000 surety bond. We can get you the bond, fill out the application with you and get you fingerprinted at the same appointment.
Real Estate Division - $65
Just bring your drivers license. We have all the paperwork that you need.
Nursing Board - $65
Bring your drivers license and any paperwork that you might have. We are a LIVESCAN provider for The Nevada State Board of Osteopathic Medicine.
Counselor (Drug/Alcohol/Gambling) - $65
Just bring your drivers license and any paperwork. We are a LIVESCAN provider.
CPA Accountancy Board - $65
Just bring your drivers license and any paperwork. We are a LIVESCAN provider.
Personal Care/Caregiver - $65
Just bring your drivers license and any paperwork. We are a LIVESCAN provider.
Contractors Board- $65

Childcare - $65
